This privacy policy covers the apps published under the Song Legend developer page.

We collect only the information needed to operate, secure, and improve each app. Depending on the product, this may include account email addresses, authentication state, app usage events, purchase status, push notification tokens, device identifiers exposed by platform providers, and support messages you send us.

CodePilot may process session metadata, mobile push tokens, relay connection status, and the content you intentionally send between your phone and your paired coding session. Snake Legend may rely on platform services such as Apple Game Center for achievements or leaderboard-related identity handled by Apple.

Some apps request device permissions only when a feature requires them. For CodePilot this can include camera access for QR pairing, microphone access for voice input, speech recognition for dictated replies, and notification permissions for agent alerts. If you decline a permission, the related feature may not function.

Snake Legend does not depend on the same communication permissions, but platform-level services such as Game Center may still process limited information under Apple's rules.

We use collected information to authenticate users, keep apps functional, deliver notifications, support purchases, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

If an app offers subscriptions or account features, related billing or entitlement checks may be performed through trusted service providers that act on our behalf.

Depending on the product, we may rely on providers such as Supabase for authentication and backend data, Expo for mobile infrastructure and notifications, RevenueCat for subscription management, Apple or Google for sign-in, and Apple Game Center for gameplay-related identity features. Those providers handle data according to their own privacy terms in addition to this policy.

We keep information only as long as needed for product operation, support, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and legitimate business records. Retention periods vary by product and by the type of information involved.

If you want account data deleted, contact us through the support page and include the relevant app name so we can route the request correctly.

Our apps are not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children without appropriate legal basis. If you believe a child provided information to us in error, contact us and we will review the request promptly.

We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material updates will appear on this page with revised language reflecting the current product set and current data practices.
